Forged Custom Coating's Process
01. Preparation
Floors are prepped using diamond grinders with hepa filter vacuums to minimize dust.
02. Repair
PolyGrout is used to fix all pits, spalls, and cracks on the floor surface.
03. Base Coat
A rapid-cure Polyurea Basecoat is applied.
04. Broadcast
Decorative flake is broadcasted onto the floor.
05. Scrape
Excess flakes are scraped and vacuumed from the Floor Surface.
06. Top Coat
A Polyaspartic Topcoat is applied.
